Caregiving: New Challenges and the Impact on Businesses
The burden of caregiving can be all-encompassing. We know that the caregivers' quality of life suffers, they rack up significantly higher health care costs and their ranks are growing rapidly. Employers also feel the pain: lost productivity, absenteeism and people forced to leave the workforce. This impact on business is estimated to cost $34 billion annually. Evaluate approaches to identify, support and guide caregivers to address their long-term health and rising costs.

Hosted by Cigna | Facilitated by Joan Harvey, VP, Consumer Health Engagement, Cigna with industry action leaders Ashley Reid, CEO, Wellist and Lesley Solomon, CIO, Dana Farber Institute.

From Provocative to Practical… At Scale
The cloud, blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning—although you might have a pilot in flight, scaling these innovations to fundamentally impact your organization is a different ballgame. Exchange experienced perspectives of what to embrace, what to avoid and how to move from provocative to truly practical, all at scale.

Hosted by Change Healthcare | Facilitated by Kris Joshi, EVP & President, Network Solutions, Change Healthcare with industry action leader Greg Moore, MD, VP Healthcare, Google Cloud; former Chief Emerging Technology and Informatics Officer, Geisinger Health System and Rasu Shrestha, Chief Innovation Officer, UPMC Enterprises.

Employers Creating Health: Wellbeing and Social Determinants Evolved
Employers remain an untapped driver for creating health. As a catalyst for health promotion and prevention, the private sector can be an essential channel to achieve broader health goals. Health plan, provider, integrated digital solutions and policy maker partners can supercharge employers to create workplace wellbeing and ultimately, unpack real social determinants.

Hosted by Merck & Co. | Facilitated by Cathryn Gunther, VP, Global Population Health, Merck & Co. with industry action leader Ray Fabius, MD, Co-Founder & Vice Chairman of HealthNEXT and Hal Paz, MD, EVP & Chief Medical Officer, Aetna.

Making the Leap: Moving Toward Risk Together
Payers and providers continue the painful slog of managing risk. Talk shop with prominent leaders about HMO, PPO and government programs: what’s really working and why, what's close on the horizon and what they're most excited about.

Hosted by Heritage Provider Network | Facilitated by Richard Merkin, MD, Founder, President & CEO, Heritage Provider Network with industry action leader Craig Samitt, MD, Chief Clinical Officer, Anthem, Inc.

The Consumer Demand for a Frictionless Experience
Given frictionless payment experiences in just about every other industry, we are far from meeting consumer expectations in health, while consumers continue to have to spend more out of pocket each year. The potential for technology and service model innovation is almost endless. Exchange ideas with leading providers on what's working to engage, satisfy and retain consumers, as well as the innovative collaborations behind these models.

Hosted by InstaMed | Facilitated by Bill Marvin, President & CEO, InstaMed with industry action leaders David Feinberg, MD, President and CEO, Geisinger Health System and David Chernow, President & CEO, Select Medical.

The hype in AI is the new white noise, but the industry is testing the waters to find practical applications of AI to drive the shift to value. Public and Private Sector Healthcare: What Can They Learn from Each Other?
If only we had a feedback loop. Private sector delivery and payment innovations never quite make it to the public sector and vice versa. Attitude matters!
