Senior Manager, Forum

Elena Brandano Birnbaum is a Senior Manager of the Health Evolution Forum, a peer-to-peer collaboration among health care CEOs and thought leaders. She also develops and curates content for Health Evolution’s events.

Prior to joining Health Evolution, Elena directed cross-industry collaboratives within Tapestry Networks’ healthcare practice, convening diverse groups of stakeholders to find cooperative solutions to address complex challenges. She supported efforts to advance multicancer early detection, oncology alternative payment models, cell and gene therapy access, and diagnostic quality assurance.

Elena also led projects at Advisory Board and Optum in their research and consulting divisions, where she partnered with physician and medical group leaders to improve cost and quality outcomes and set strategic priorities their organizations.

Elena holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Italian studies from Dickinson College.
