Ye Hoffman

Vice President, Forum

Ye Hoffman is Vice President of the Health Evolution Forum, a peer-to-peer collaboration among health care CEOs and thought leaders focused on driving near-term impact at a critical juncture for health care.

Prior to joining Health Evolution, Ye led Advisory Board’s research program focused on promoting interoperability and quality reporting. In this capacity, Ye served as Director of the Quality Reporting Roundtable, working directly with health system leaders on their strategy across interoperability, digital health, and value-based care initiatives. Ye has also held roles as IT project manager and business data analyst at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, research coordinator at the Seattle Indian Health Board, and study coordinator at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare.

Throughout her career, Ye has served on the Institutional Review Board at various academic research and health care delivery organizations, with a focus on data use and electronic health information. She is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), with an active role in reviewing presentation proposals and mentoring speakers for the annual HIMSS global health conference.

Ye is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) and holds a master’s degree in medical informatics from Northwestern University.
