Julie Riley is a Director of the Health Evolution Forum, a peer-to-peer collaboration among health care CEOs and thought leaders focused on driving near-term impact at a critical juncture for health care.
Julie previously led the Advisory Board’s research program focused on independent physician group practices. In this capacity, she worked directly with medical group leaders to improve board governance and assess the implications of potential private equity investments. Julie also led studies on topics including unwarranted care variation and hospital medicine programs.
More recently, Julie supported Tapestry Networks’ launch of a cross-industry effort to develop shared-value frameworks for innovative IBD treatments. She has also worked in the Health and Life Sciences division of Oliver Wyman and monitored health policy within the New York City Department of Health’s Primary Care Information Project.
Julie holds a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University and a degree in economics from Virginia Tech.
