Kim Weiss is responsible for discovering new pathways for Health Evolution to bring even more value to health care leaders in all areas of the industry. She is currently focusing on design of Health Evolution’s new initiative, the Health Evolution Institute. In addition, she leads the sponsor partner team, continuing to evolve our approach to meeting sponsor’s needs. Kim brings Health Evolution operational skills, analytical thinking, strategic and business planning abilities and a passion for the organization’s mission.
Kim has over 20 years of experience growing companies. She has led three organizations, one a national membership organization of women’s health leaders catalyzing change when women’s health was in its infancy. She also founded and grew an enterprise software company whose mission was to help keep people safe and well at work. After selling the company she founded, Kim consulted with entrepreneurs looking to grow their companies, providing leadership, strategy and business-building advice. Prior to building businesses, Kim gained valuable experience as a health care management consultant with BDC Advisors in San Francisco.
Kim loves entrepreneurial spirit, and supports entrepreneurs as a volunteer Executive in Residence at Astia, an international organization that enables startups with women on their leadership teams to find the capital they need to grow their companies. When Kim is not working or volunteering, she loves water skiing and snow skiing with her kids; walking her fluffy husky in the early morning; and big adventures (Rafting the Grand Canyon is next on her list!)
