VP, Digital and Database Operations

Rachel Gallina is the Vice President of Digital and Database Operations for Health Evolution where she leads audience development and focuses on growing our media and event audiences. She advances our data strategy and partners with the team to drive deeper community engagement via behavior, segmentation and targeted content.

Prior, Rachel worked at Vendome Group, where she served as Director, Audience Development and Digital Strategy. While at Vendome, she was focused on audience growth and engagement across media and events, developing and managing the marketing technology stack that tracked the 360 degree view of a user and running the day-to-day ad and email operations.

Rachel graduated from Florida State University, and received her MBA from Baruch College – The City University of New York (CUNY). She now resides in Wilmington, NC with her husband, son and their two cats, three-legged Beezy and Peeksy.
