SECURITY PERSONNEL REGISTRATION

Instructions

Thank you for your interest in having security personnel participate in the upcoming Health Evolution event. We understand that executive security is very important during our convenings and that some executives like to travel with security personnel to compliment Health Evolution’s existing security plans. Should you wish to send someone, we have guidelines below to help us jointly plan your executive’s on-site experience.

On-Site Guidelines:
– Badging: Security will be badged as Health Evolution participants. Badge will be provided at the registration desk.
– Access Areas: Attendance is permitted in all areas needed to ensure your executive’s on-site security.
– Workspace: Security personnel are welcome to utilize the workspace in the Health Evolution team office.
– Meals: Security personnel are welcome to eat meals with the Health Evolution team in the staff eating areas or in the main area with their executive.
– Hotel Accommodations: If you require hotel accommodations that need to be near your executive, please let us know in the form below that you’d like recommendations from our team.
– Transportation: Shuttle service is not available from the airport nor between off-site hotels.
