Christian Nguyen is vice president of Value, Evidence, and Outcomes (VEO) for Eli Lilly and Company.
Since joining Lilly more than 23 years ago, Christian has developed a breadth of experience in health outcomes and pharmacoeconomic research, real world evidence, payer expertise, healthcare policies and pharmaceutical development and commercialization. She and her team are focused on accelerating equitable patience access and transforming healthcare delivery through bold, high impact science.
Christian has held leadership roles in health outcomes, real world evidence, clinical development, and commercialization and worked across multiple therapeutic areas including neuroscience, diabetes, and oncology. Over the course of her career, Christian has supported dozens of product and NILEX launches, led multiple strategic initiatives, and built many healthy, high performing teams.
Christian is deeply passionate about Lilly’s commitment to be a diverse and inclusive organization and is committed to helping Lilly achieve its D&I goals. She volunteers her time to serve on internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, including gender parity and allyship. Christian received her Doctorate in Pharmacy and Masters in Business Administration from Mercer University and Masters in Finance from Golden Gate University. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and three children.
