CEO, Personify Health

With a 30-year career focused on the health and human capital industry, Chris is a purpose-driven leader who utilizes his deep healthcare, technology, and SaaS business model experience to drive business outcomes. At Personify Health, recently created from the merger of Virgin Pulse and HealthComp, Chris leads the company’s global strategy, helping clients optimize their investments in members while empowering people to engage with their health more deeply through the industry’s first personalized health platform.

Prior to Personify, Chris was CEO of Alight, a $2.8 B leader in benefits, payroll, and cloud solutions serving more than 3,250 clients, including 50% of the Fortune 500. He was previously the global chief commercial officer for Aon Hewitt, where he led sales operations, marketing, and account management. He was also the CEO of Buck Consultants, a global professional services and consulting firm focused on the human capital segment. Chris has extensive for-profit and non-profit board experience including board of director positions at Virgin Pulse, Alight, Buck Consultants, Chicago Cares, GENYOUth and Glidefast.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration at Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University. A resident of the Chicago area, he has been a member Commercial Club of Chicago, the Economic Club of Chicago, and the Executives’ Club of Chicago. He also is a Care Center Volunteer for Willow Creek Community Church.
