David serves as the CEO of The LTM Group. The LTM Group stands for “Living the Mission” and the company is a leading provider of value-based care across the care continuum. David has had the privilege of guiding the company’s vision over the last four years. The LTM Group has now grown to include more than 600 incredible team members across Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.

With a career spanning nearly two decades of leadership roles in some of the largest home care companies nationwide, as well as owning a home care agency, David brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. David has his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care.

He has been a driving force in fostering partnerships across the home health landscape, advocating for regulatory advancements, and promoting leading edge technology to improve patient outcomes.
