Eric Berger

Partner, Bain & Co

Eric Berger is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Boston office.

He joined the firm in 2010.  Currently, Eric works across the healthcare ecosystem. His clients include health systems, payers, and pharma / biotech companies plus some of the leading healthcare investors in the US.

Prior to joining Bain, Eric attended the MIT Sloan School of Management where he earned his MBA. While there, he was co-chair of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council.  Before returning to graduate school, Eric spent four years working in a small consulting firm in Boston focused on the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.

Eric received a BA cum laude and MA in chemistry from Harvard University in 2005.  He co-authored articles for Science and Journal of the American Chemical Society and was awarded an undergraduate research fellowship from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the Jean Dreyfus Boissevain Undergraduate Scholarship for Excellence in Chemistry (one of ten recipients nationally).
