Jeanine Maier

VP, Consumer Experience, Kaiser Permanente

Jeanine Maier serves Kaiser Permanente in her role as Vice President, Consumer Experience, where she leads the strategic planning, direction, and management of workflows, systems, and organizational improvements of overall satisfaction across health plan and delivery system experiences in the Mid-Atlantic market.  In addition, Jeanine supports the ‘connecting to care’ experience for 12M members enterprise wide, via her work in the Clinical Contact Centers, digital, and virtual care.

Jeanine has helped Kaiser Permanente deliver on its mission for the past 18 years.  Prior to taking this role, Jeanine held the role of Executive Director, Consumer Engagement, where she had accountability for connecting our members to high quality, affordable care, via the Clinical Contact Center as well as through our digital channels, and in coordination with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group.  In this role, Jeanine has cultivated a high performing team of over 600 team members to drive operational excellence through strategy, data analytics, and innovation.  In her tenure with the organization, Jeanine has served in a variety of roles from Medical Equipment Consultant to Director of Supply Chain Operations to Director of Surgical Specialties for the Northern Virginia service area.  From these roles, Jeanine brings a clinical operations background and member experience focus to her Consumer Experience role.

Jeanine is a Certified Clinical Engineer (CCE) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Maryland. She thrives with the George Mason University Master’s swimming team and enjoys cheering on the Washington Nationals with her husband and two boys in Northern Virginia.
