EVP, Performance and Integration, Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare

Tim Getsay serves as the Executive Vice President of Performance and Integration for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, where he focuses on the latest technology, process, and innovation improvements to advance the lives of patients and families. His responsibilities include strategy and operations for capacity management, revenue cycle, digital engagement, information systems, outcomes, clinical knowledge translation, and the system-wide process improvement program.

Tim joined the Gillette Children’s leadership team in 2013. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, including Associate Vice Chancellor for Enterprise Applications and Information Systems.

Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Human Resources from Ohio State University and a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College.
