Health Evolution launched the Roundtable on Digital-Forward Consumer Experience at a pivotal moment in health care’s digital evolution with a clear imperative: To create a consistent, collaborative platform for cross-industry senior executives to navigate the accelerating pace of digital transformation in a post-pandemic world. Over the course of three years, members of Health Evolution’s unmatched community—which includes the most prominent executives from health systems, health plans, and life sciences organizations, plus select policymakers, investors, retailers, and technology leaders—gathered together to establish a foundation for technological innovation and accelerate digital health adoption, collaboratively working to guide the interoperability, infrastructure, and data systems that would ultimately drive the modernization of consumer engagement across the health care ecosystem.
As their efforts progressed, executives in the Roundtable transitioned from focusing their discussions primarily on accelerating digital health adoption in response to rapidly evolving consumer expectations to leading the industry in a comprehensive approach to health care modernization that addresses the complex interconnections between business strategy, stakeholder experience, industry collaboration, and sustained consumer engagement.
Our new report, Designing Frictionless, Consumer-Centric Care, details insights from the three years of convenings led by cross-industry senior executives in Health Evolution’s Roundtable on Digital-Forward Consumer Experience.
