The safety and well-being of our community are always our highest priorities. We have long-standing security measures in place and are working closely with the JW Marriott and our trusted security partner to further enhance these measures for Health Evolution Connect. We understand that some executives like to travel with security personnel to compliment Health Evolution’s existing security plans. We ask that personal security travelling with executives attending Connect complete the below form so that we can proactively coordinate with our partners to ensure a seamless security experience and jointly plan your executive’s on-site experience.
Additional Information:
– Badging: Security will be badged as Health Evolution participants. Badge will be provided at the registration desk.
– Hotel Accommodations: Health Evolution cannot guarantee a room within our block at the JW Marriott however we will do our best to work with the hotel to secure a room, onsite, as possible.
