Josh Golomb is CEO of Hazel Health, the leading telehealth provider for K-12 schools. Hazel partners with school districts and health plans to provide more than 2 million students access to physical and behavioral health services at school or at home. Hazel was just named #24 on Forbes 2022 “America’s Best Startup Employers.” Prior to Hazel Josh co-founded DaVita Rx and was President from $50M to $1B+ of revenue. He was also CEO of direct primary care business, Everside Health (formerly Paladina Health). Josh’s service as an early AmeriCorps member at the start of his career instilled a commitment to improving lives and strengthening communities that impacts all facets of his work. Josh holds both a B.A. and M.B.A. from Stanford University.
