Welcome to 2025 Health Evolution Connect!

We encourage you to take advantage of this time away from your every day responsibilities to connect – and reconnect – with other future-minded leaders across the health care industry. We have designed Connect to build on the renowned Health Evolution Summit by probing critical emerging issues and challenges in health care with the same intensity and candor, but with a particular focus on the pathways for change and transformation. Explore the site for more on-site information. We look forward to seeing you in Nashville!

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are important to us. We continue to monitor COVID-19 and will follow health safety guidelines from the WHO and CDC, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • While we are not requiring vaccinations in order to attend Connect in person, we strongly encourage all attendees to be up to date on COVID-19 vaccines and boosters.
  • Face masks are not currently required in Nashville venues. For those who choose to wear a face mask while attending Connect, we encourage you to do so.

We have long-standing security measures in place and are working closely with the JW Marriott and our trusted security partner to further enhance these measures for Connect.

To ensure the security and integrity of this exclusive gathering, detailed event information—including the full schedule, speaker lineup, and session locations—will be shared only with registered attendees through the event app.

Event App

One of the most valuable aspects of our events is the opportunity to connect with fellow leaders across health care. Once you have downloaded the 2025 Connect app through the App Store or Google Play, you can log in with your email and set your own unique password upon login. You will receive an OTP from vFairs to set your password.

The app makes it simple to start conversations, meet new contacts, and keep the dialogue going long after the sessions end. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Click the Attendees Tab
From the main menu, tap ‘Attendees’ to view the attendee list and send messages. This is your direct line to engage with peers attending 2025 Connect. (Note: you will not be able to search for yourself in the app, but other attendees can.)
  2. Browse attendees under the Attendee Tab
You can search by name, organization, or role to find those you’d like to connect with.
  3. Start the conversation
Once you’ve found someone, open their profile and tap Message to introduce yourself, set up a time to meet, or continue the discussion from a session.
  4. Check Your Messages
To see who’s sent you a message, tap ‘Chat’ from the main menu and view your messages. Be sure to enable push notifications to receive instant notifications when someone sends you a message.
  5. Keep it Authentic
A reminder: Health Evolution events are a no sales pitch environment. Use the messaging feature as a way to build authentic relationships, share ideas, and foster meaningful industry connections.

Stay Informed

Get real-time event updates, session reminders, and important announcements—right on your device. Enable push notifications so you don’t miss a thing during the event.

Social Media Guidelines

While Connect is a private, invitation-only event that is closed to outside media, we do encourage you to leverage this experience to responsibly expand the discussion through social media channels, including LinkedIn and blogs.

As a courtesy to your peers — and with the understanding that this safe space is needed to openly discuss the challenges and opportunities ahead — we strongly request that you honor a few social media guidelines:

The Golden Rule. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Chatham House Rule. Think cautiously about attributing quotes or paraphrases. Under no circumstance should something “overheard” be attributed to an individual without permission.
The New York Times Rule. Avoid writing anything you wouldn’t want to see on the cover of The New York Times.

Connect Attire

Connect is intended to be a comfortable and casual urban retreat. Attendees typically wear blazers, dresses, collared shirts and blouses, slacks, or jeans (no ties!).
