Preparing for Your Time in Laguna

As we prepare for 2026 Summit, we want to ensure you have everything you need for a seamless experience. Below are key details and important reminders to help you make the most of your time in Laguna.

  • Travel Plans: We encourage attendees to arrive on Tuesday morning for the “Summit Intensive: Shaping the Future of AI”. Summit proper will kick off Tuesday evening with a Welcome Reception, and conclude on Thursday evening.
  • Summit Village Hotel Block: We will have hotel blocks at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Registered attendees will receive the hotel block links in their confirmation email. This year’s programming and receptions will take place across both hotels. To register, please contact team@healthevolution.com.
  • Agenda Release: We are currently developing the full Summit agenda, which will be released in the coming months. The full agenda with details will only be available through the event app to registered attendees.
  • App Release: The event app will be released in March. To ensure the security and integrity of this exclusive gathering, detailed event information—including the full schedule, speaker lineup, and session locations—will be shared only with registered attendees through the event app.

Health & Safety

We want to assure you the safety and well-being of our community are always our highest priorities. We have long-standing security measures in place and are working closely with the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort, The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, and our trusted security partner to further enhance these measures for Summit.

Social Media Guidelines

The Summit is a private, invitation-only event that is closed to outside media. Due to increased security measures, we are not promoting the use of a media toolkit and ask attendees to refrain from onsite posting or promotion. To ensure a safe and confidential environment, we are also limiting public-facing materials and external communications. We encourage you to leverage this experience to responsibly expand the discussion through after Summit wraps social media channels, including LinkedIn and blogs, using the hashtag #SummitXV.

As a courtesy to your peers — and with the understanding that this safe space is needed to openly discuss the challenges and opportunities ahead — we strongly request that you honor a few social media guidelines:

The Golden Rule. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Chatham House Rule. Think cautiously about attributing quotes or paraphrases. Under no circumstance should something “overheard” be attributed to an individual without permission.
The New York Times Rule. Avoid writing anything you wouldn’t want to see on the cover of The New York Times.

Summit Attire

The Summit is intended to be a comfortable and casual retreat, so leave your suits and ties at home! Think “retreat chic” when packing your bags: khaki, linen, jersey, casual-collared shirts and blouses. Events are held throughout the daytime and evening, both indoors and out, so plan accordingly as oceanside events may get chilly.
