Amy is a proven strategic leader with an impressive background in finance and operations, clinical quality and academic medicine, and health policy and governance. She has a strong track record of identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, as well as substantial experience improving outcomes, lowering costs, transitioning to value-based payments, building a culture of innovation, and implementing population health strategies.

In her role as CEO, Hospital Division, and Senior Vice President, Integrated Care Delivery, Amy is creating an innovative, patient-centered, and value-focused system, leading the seven Atlantic Health System hospitals, service lines, ambulatory, and post-acute care services. Amy recently drove Atlantic Health System’s efforts to create a five-year strategic framework to focus on building healthier communities. To realize this vital mission, she is leading an ambulatory expansion initiative, creating more points of access, partnering with existing providers and payers, and growing Atlantic Health System to connect with more than one million unique lives annually, creating the critical mass to move to value and improve affordability. She is also spearheading a system-wide approach to integrated care delivery, ensuring seamless handoffs between outpatient and inpatient care, and staying connected with our patients beyond the traditional patient settings, including tele-health access. Amy is furthering the health system’s mission by investing in innovative partnerships and digital transformation.

Prior to Atlantic Health System, Amy served as Executive Vice President for LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, a $1.9 billion system that encompasses three hospitals, two Accountable Care Organizations, 550 employed physicians and a physician network, hospice, subacute care services, a commercial enterprise, 23 urgent care centers, ambulance, and retail pharmacy services.

Concurrently, Amy served as President of Sinai Hospital, Maryland’s largest independent academic and research hospital. In her dual roles, she was responsible for system-wide quality, clinical transformation and physician alignment, development of new care models and technology to support integration, continuity of care, and record-setting organizational performance and savings. Amy also enjoyed tremendous success in developing teaching faculty, optimizing research resources, and recruiting new physician leaders.

Prior to joining LifeBridge, Amy had a 20-year career of continually increasing responsibility with Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

Amy serves on the board of the New Jersey Hospital Association and served on the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association. She was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Women Leaders.
