Noël Auguston is a Partner at Perspective Group. She focuses on the innovative healthcare space and leads the firms efforts around healthcare technology (HCIT) and digital health, specializing in senior-level executive recruitment across a broad range of functions. She partners with VC/PE investor backed clients and public entities working across provider, payor, and consumer-driven ventures. Noel has spent nearly 15 years in healthcare. Previously, she spent nine years at Spencer Stuart working broadly across the global healthcare practice. She led the firm’s efforts around healthcare technology and digital health, working to build the vertical and help companies build out their executive teams and boards. She has a successful track record of recruiting across a diverse set of functions at the C-level, board, CFO, as well as sales and marketing, services, business development and strategy roles. She also works across the biopharmaceutical and healthcare services sectors to place key leaders who will drive growth and change within organizations.  Noël began her career at Johnson & Johnson, where she held progressive roles in sales and marketing. She is a member of the W.I.T.H. (Women Innovating together in Healthcare) global organization. She holds an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in general management and marketing from Boston College.
