Manager, Health Evolution

Likhita is the Manager of the Health Evolution Forum, a peer-to-peer collaboration among health care CEOs and thought leaders focused on driving the discovery and innovation to shape the future of healthcare.

Likhita graduated from Saint Louis University with a degree in Healthcare Management and Policy with minors in Public Health and Healthcare Ethics because she is passionate about the delivery of efficient, affordable, and equitable healthcare. She received her Master of Healthcare Administration from Johns Hopkins and completed a competitive administrative residency at Johns Hopkins Office of Healthcare Transformation and Strategic Planning. Likhita then worked as Strategy Management Consultant at Yale New Haven Health System, where she helped drive the strategy for their Neuroscience, Orthopaedics, and Spine service lines in addition to managing system-wide initiatives such as Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining the Health Evolution family, Likhita worked as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at HealthScape Advisors where she led the design and implementation of a wide array of strategic planning, business development, and performance improvement initiatives for clients across the healthcare ecosystem.

Likhita currently resides in her favorite city, Chicago. Outside of working, Likhita enjoys traveling, singing, drawing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
