To our Health Evolution Member community,
Many thanks to all of you for a tremendous 16th Summit! As we conclude this week, I want to let you know that Richard Schwartz will be transitioning to an advisor to the firm at the end of April. His six-year tenure as CEO was marked by significant progress, including the growth of the Health Evolution Member community, the launch of Health Evolution Connect, the continued elevation of programs and offerings, and the development of a strong, mission‑driven team.
Richard and I have worked closely together and I will miss him, but I also recognize that six years is a long time in one role in our ever-changing industry. I want you to know that I will assume a more active leadership role in the organization during this transition.
Health care continues to face a pivotal period marked by rising costs, workforce constraints, and sustained financial pressure. In this milieu, Health Evolution is committed to continuing its convening of top leaders who seek ways of working together to address the many challenges and opportunities we face. I look forward to working with all of you to bring positive change to our industry.
