The Forum is a peer-to-peer collaboration among leaders across health care sectors focused on driving near-term impact. The Forum will initially consist of a few Roundtables of 50-100 Fellows supported by a small number of Work Groups. Our Fellows focus our lens on the forward-thinking conversations and solutions-oriented working groups central to the Health Evolution Forum impact.
